As we know ,A healthy body is important .The methods to keep us fit vary. suchas do exercise or a good habit keep good moon. In the morning,you can get up early,go outdoors,breathe the fresh air.if you are a busy person and have no special time allocated to do these things,the easiest way is to walk to school.that is good By taking exercise, we can relax our body and mind. At the same time, we can harden our muscle and have a good figure. If we don't take exercise for a long time, we may easily fall sick. A good eating habits is very important. we need a balanced diet, not picky eaters, not eat too much, eat more vegetables and fruits, but do not eat junk food.in daily we eat processed food less. Because processed foods which do contain chemical and is not good for our healthy . we ought to have more natural food. To be healthy also includes being mentally healthy. we keep a calm, peaceful and open mind and try to avoid extreme emotions like fierce anger, extreme sadness and excitement. A good moon have our work well. Only by keeping ourselves healthy and strong can we feel energetic and vigorous in studying and working and live a happy life. So wo should keep our healthy.

health is the first wealth ,in order to keep healthy ,one should do many things .in my opinion, first ,you should go to sleep and get up at the early time and on time ;
second, you should do more sport ,three times a week at least ,and one time should keep thirty minutes;third,you should give up smoking if you have the smoking habit ;forth,drink more water ,at least eight cups one day.fifth,keep yourself happy all the time! if you can do as all five things above,i believe you can have a healty body!

How to keep healthy
More and more peoples pay much attention to their health. they check again and again before buying and eating. However to keep healthy not only connect to the food, also need us to keep a good habit.
I think a better habit is better than eating tonic. First, we have to keep a balanced diet. For example, we have to eat both vegatables and meat, don't ignore any of them. Then, we have to do more exercise, such as running and playing all kinds of balls. Of course, to keep a high mood and to enjoy our beautiful life is very helpfull for our health.
In all, if we have a good habit of our life, we will keep ourselves healthy.
