My Meals and My Health
What do you have for the meals every day? Well, I usually have noodles, eggs and oranges for breakfast. For lunch, I always have something like chicken or salad. In the evening, I prefer some vegetables for my supper. During other time, I prefer some fruits except pears and bananas. I also like humburgers and potato chips, but I don't often eat them.
I think my meals are balanced and I can keep healthy with the food. I like healthy food for my meals.
