As the environment on the planet get worse and worse, people are more concerned about the issue caused by plastic bags.First ,the producer pay no attention to the air condition and discharge carbon dioxide while they are making plastic production. And some consumers
haven't noticed the serious problem and throw them everywhere though the plasitc bags are not so easy to resolve. To solve the problem, we should use the alternative,for example,paper bags,to reduce the use of plastic ones.Meanwhile the administration should take the responsibility to lead a better way of a low carbon life.Society should supervise the citizens and producers.
