java爬虫访问https，本地开发是win7系统，可以正常爬到数据，上传到linux服务器不能获取数据，怎么解决？

linux服务器安装的JDK和Tomcat和本地开发对应，报错为：
Proxy Error
The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /web/request.do.
Reason: Error reading from remote server
