HIV病毒在真空中能存活么?

HIV病毒见不得空气。在空气中很快就死亡。那么在真空中呢？我想了解一下

挺有意思的一个话题，我的第一反应是可以存活的。但是百度了一下，几乎所有的人都是说所有生物不能在真空存活，这么回答的人应该都是没学过病毒学的人说的。
我不知道您是干什么工作的，我有幸从事一点病毒的方面的工作，但不是HIV，和您一起探讨一下。
1、我想除非是纯化的病毒，否则病毒是不可能完全独立在真空中存在；一般都是细胞培养物或者依附于生物组织当中。
2、我想起一个设备：真空冻干机。某些疫苗或者生物制剂都是用这种设备处理后长期保存的。
3、另外，病毒不同于有细胞结构的生物，有的很脆弱，有的缺能在各种极端条件下存活。包括真空条件下。这个观点本来我是不敢肯定的。但是我google了一下，有个yahoo上的类似问答解释的比较有道理，我们可以参考一下。

Viruses aren't strictly classed as a life form-they are more like a biochemical nanomachine, which can direct certain cells to replicate more viruses（严格来讲，病毒不是一种生命形式，它们更像一种生物化学的纳米机器，可以侵入某些细胞中并繁殖更多的病毒）. Some viruses are quite hardy, but most viruses that infect humans, including HIV, are very delicate, and cannot function after being exposed to conditions that we would consider mild, such as different pH. （有的病毒抵抗力很强，但大多数感染人的病毒很脆弱，包括HIV，置于我们认为并不苛刻的环境中就会失活，例如pH值的改变。）Most viruses, being complex protein/nucleic acid assemblies and requiring host cells, are not adapted to extremes of environment.（大多病毒都是核酸和蛋白的组合体，需要寄生在细胞中，不适应恶劣生存环境。） Viruses infecting aerobic. prokaryotic cells require that the cell survive, at least long enough to replicate more viruses, and for that they require that the cell gets oxygen-so in this sense, they require O2.（病毒感染需氧原核细胞中时，要求细胞是活的或者至少细胞存活时间足够长以便让病毒来得及繁殖，而这就要求细胞获得氧气，从这个意义上讲，病毒是需要氧气的。） There are viruses that infect anaerobic bacteria-in that case, oxygen, being very bad for the bacteria, is bad for the virus. （反之，如果病毒感染了厌氧细菌，氧气就成了杀手，对病毒也是不利的。）Keep in mind, there are millions, if not billions, of different kinds of virus, and each has it's own characteristics.（记住，成百上千万种的病毒都有各自的特性。）

I believe you can have aerobic and anaerobic viruses just as bacteria. Like Hepatitis and AIDS for instance: AIDS dies with an over exposure of O2, while hepatitis can live just fine while exposed to it.（以肝炎病毒和HIV为例：HIV在氧气过多时会灭活，而肝炎病毒在氧气存在时活的很好。）

No you can not kill a virus by no oxygen,And no a vacuum does not do it either
无氧并不能杀死病毒，真空也不能杀死病毒。

Virus are not realy living creature.

Outside an infected cell it has only one thing in common with life, its composition ( nucleic acid, RNA ... )
Outside an infected cell, it's like a rock, it doesnt move, reproduce or change form or chemical composition.

Outside an infected cell, it's inert. To destroy a virus, you have to use chemical agent, or burn it with heat or other radiation.

No. A virus does not need oxygen to live, and it can survive extreme hot and cold temps including a vacuum.

No and no. There is even a debate as to whether viruses qualify as living organisms.
