I often get up at 6 O'clock and usually have breakfast. I'll go fo swimming three times a week.
Sometimes I feel swimming is tired but I always insist on it. I hardly sleeping for a long time, once a time. I've ever sleep for a long time and get up so late, I feel my head is ache, so I'll never sleep for a long time!
我经常早晨6点钟起床并通常吃早点。我一周游泳三次,有时候我感觉到游泳很累但我总能坚持游完，我不能谁懒觉，曾经我睡懒觉起床之后，感觉头很痛，因此我再也不要睡懒觉了！

My lifestyle sucks.
I often start a day with my clock sreaming its lungs out (if it has any). I usually hear they say it's bad for your health, mental and physical.
I have to drink with clients at least 3 times a week, sometimes on weekend.
I always work hard, hardly ever got any rest, never a day off and my boss still thinks I'm "not good enough"!

My lifestyle

If the weather is good, I often run with my dog after getting up in the morning.
And then I usually take a short shower before eating my breakfast with my family.
I always make sure I have diner with my parents at least three times a week, sometimes at a nice restaurant but mostly at home.
I hardly ever work overtime because I don't want be a slave of it and will never put the work before my family。
So this is my lifestyle and this is my life.

另外我猜there times a week是three，sometimes always我觉得不会一起用所以分开使的，但hardly ever好像能一起我就没分开…………

楼下gzdc72641689的那篇作为作文作业挺正规的 让老师一看有“像是学生写出来的，而且用了点心”的感觉
话说平时写作的话多练练句型、词汇和内容表达挺好，但考试的时候用简单句式和单词更容易得高分哦~毕竟是“出错扣分没错不扣”的判题方式
LZ自己可以试着写写呀~不要把它想成是一大坨作文，拆散了，就当一个单词造一个句子，互不搭调也没关系，就当玩猜谜游戏了

It is well known that a good lifestyle is good for one's health. In every day,I often chat with my friend,usually doing housework is my routine.I have a hoby that is basketball,play it three times a week.But sometimes, I excersise very less.I drink alcohol hardly never,never smoke.
