I’m sorry for failure to make myself understood, but we haved received no shipment record for a long time after the order was sent to the UK. It would be highly aprreciated if you check whether or not the cargo has been sent.

I feel sorry about this misunderstanding.
What I intended to state was that we had delivered the order form to the British party long time ago, and yet we had never received the feedback of this delivery. I would appreciate it if you could check if it has been well received. Thank you very much.
