重装过VM？
你这个VM是在使用过程中出这个的，还是从什么地方拷过来出这个的？
感觉是在不同主机上建立的虚拟机，转移过来以后不能正常打开

不过我可以告诉你大概是啥原因
应该是你原来建立的虚拟机设定是双核CPU，你现在这个机器硬件虚拟化不能支持虚拟双核CPU
如果你还可以进edit界面的话，可以把CPU改成单核试试看
