我仔细察看了一枝钢笔,那看上去确实不假,金笔帽下方整齐地刻有“美国制造”字样.
I watched carefully a pen and thought it was real.The bottom of cap of the pen have been printed few words:made in US.
这句英语有错吗?若有,请指出错哪了

I carefully inspected the pen (不是a,是the,因为你讲的是特别的一支笔； 还有,查看的英文不是watch,则是inspect).It appeared to be genuine (你所写的thought it和real的用词不当）The following words was printed on the bottom of the pen cap:"Made in USA," (如果你要文法流畅些地话应该反过来写）
I carefully inspected the pen; it appeared to be genuine as evidenced by the words printed on the bottom of the pen cap:"Made in USA."
