Could not instantiate bean class org.apache.cxf.bus.spring.SpringBus

问题是这样的 之前一直都是在tomcat下使用的 现在突然说要部署到webSqhere上，部署上去后访问登陆页面报500错误





cxf 的配置有问题了。
