感觉有点口语化了，这些是书面化的语言，fret这些词比较口语。
有几句有overtranslation，例如
学会认错的人就是善人。
Virtuous man always learns to confess his fault.
感觉主次有些颠倒了。

* 另外，说明一下，一般"admit"解作"承认"，但如果是承认一些不好的事的话，就可以用"confess"。
