In the new economy times. the sales straegies used on the marketing of medium and small enterprises in our country is so called a form. Following is our marketing operation: The products is made first and sales second ,then marketing = advertisement= sales promotion, just blindly following the trend. Quality of marketing personnel is as low as low can be. The marketing aim is low .,the high-level marketing manager ideology of the enterprisese is lagging behind. The Marketing strategy lacks scientificalness and ect.. Hi-tech has flourished rapidly and information technology has already been applied widely. As seen the emerging trend of globalization of world economy. In the new age, challenges are also posed to many small and middle-size companies, especially the mere existence of marketing strategies as a form; supply fails to match with proper marketing strategies; marketing is narrowly defined as advertising and promotion; companies follow blindly market trends; the low quality of marketing personnels; top management's lack of scientific strategies and fail to aiming high in terms of marketing goals. Therefore, we should seek changes according these aspects to make sure we do not overlook the vital significance of marketing strategies and to achieve the profit maximization of companies.
