首先,我们需要用到execute,在射出去的弓箭那里召唤神龙!!
在那里持续召唤闪电,下面放指令
/execute @e[type=Arrow] ~ ~ ~ summon LightningBolt ~ ~ ~
有人就问了箭不消失那闪电不是一直会出现吗
没关系,只要有了这个就可以把闪电招回去了
/testfor @e[type=Arrow,c=1] {inGround:1b}
/kill @e[type=Arrow]
探测刚刚射出去的弓箭有没有着地,要连上高频,后面再连一个比较,两个中继的输出,连到/kill 弓箭,就会把持续召唤闪电的弓箭清除掉

首先先用
/testfor @e[type=Arrow,r=800] {inGround:1b}
探测箭有没有落地
再用
/execute @e[type=Arrow,c=1] ~ ~ ~ /summon LightningBolt ~ ~ ~
给箭加上闪电
最后再用
/kill @e[type=Arrow]
清除箭
那么怎样给他添上爆炸效果呢?就和Sethbing大大的弓箭火箭炮一起开,注意:两个都是中频,而且档数不一样
