Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails：由于外键约束，导致添加或者更新失败。因为你插入的语句中有一字段存在外键约束，当其引用的主表中的字段中没有你插入的值是报这个错误，需要先在主表字段中插入该值
