M:we need two eggs.
Son:how can I help you,Mom?
M:you beat the eggs lightly.Then you add 1/4 t.salt ,and a pinch of pepper.
Son:I am done.
M:now let me heat 1 tablespoon of oil in the wok.You may stir-fry the egg in the oil until set and remove from wok.
Son:Now what?
M:let me clean the wok and heat another tablespoon of oil.
Son:let me stir-fry the tomato chunks.
M:add 1/8 t.salt,1 c.water,2 t.ketchup,1 t.cornstarch please.
Son:now what?
M:add the eggs and stir-fry quickly .Sprinkle with chopped spring onions.
