My friend's daily meals are quite simple. For breakfast, he usually has a
bowl of cereal with milk and some sliced fruits. Sometimes he would
have toast with peanut butter and jam. For lunch, he prefers to have a
sandwich with different fillings such as ham, cheese, lettuce and
tomato. He also likes to have a small side salad or a piece of fruit. As
for dinner, he usually cooks a simple meal such as grilled chicken with
vegetables or stir-fry noodles with beef and broccoli. He always makes
sure to have a balanced diet and includes plenty of protein, vegetables
and fruits in his meals.
