1.A.frightened at 本身就是一个短语,意思是：因…而惊吓,你的noiy写错了.应该是noisy,这句话的意思是：这些吵闹的孩子被外面突然的爆炸声吓坏了.
frightened with：with带有伴随的状态,给你举个例子：they are frightened with opening eyes他们畏惧睁大眼睛.
而in和into都不是连起来用的.例如：1.I was frightened when i saw the nasty gash in her arm她胳膊上又深又长的大伤口吓坏了我.
