求助翻译！

i posted a new note this afternoon, but something went wrong, or someone del it.
so i posted again.
i am a programmer,and i have to communicate with people from india or america.
for most of the time, we use e-mail, but there is still chance that we have to communicate in oral english, in telephone, or skype. however, i am not very satisfied with my oral english.

so , i want to make some friends in this bbs, to find someone living in west of hangzhou.
we can practise oral english in our spare time or the weekend .

我是位计算机编程人员，我需要和印度以及美国的客户沟通。
大多数时间，我们通过邮件联系。但是有些时候，我们还是会通过电话或是SKYPE软件直接用英语交流。我对自己的口语不甚满意。
所以，我想要再这个论坛上结交一些朋友，同时，希望能找到一些住再杭州西区的同乡。
我们可以在闲暇时间或周末一起练练口语。
