it's John.I've heard about you have been staying bed for a whole week.I hope you will come back to school soon.The main reason why you were sick was that you have studied too much.Over learning is harmful to your health and it's also important to take exercise.I suggest that you could take exercise at least one hour everyday.i know it's hard to do it in the beginning,but i believe you could accomplish the goal .wish you recovery soon.
