I think,first of all,we must learn to speak.
There is a funny story about a person 's birthday,finally because of wrong words so the guest all gas go,yes,we Chinese are rich and colorful,often a word has many meanings,when we want to express the true meaning,must pay attention do not let others tell you misunderstand.
Secondly,I also think to get along with others to care,but also tolerance.
Last semester,I and Zhang Hao in the bedroom because of a little thing and had a big quarrel,after that,we who also ignore,even a word only looks relatively.We don't have to care at the time,only hate.Soon after Zhang Hao took the initiative to get back together with me,I think she was ill,so readily rejected.Later,after some thought,I think I do for the class,so over,because a word will ignore students,not because of her and I talk back to you,as the saying goes:"prime minister belly" she and I quarrel might have what not satisfactory thing,now she attitude to get back together with me,I again why "catch her braids" do not put it,and I also have the wrong place,so I went to talk to her,ask her to forgive.Since then we have become friends,thus,empathy is also very important.
Then,in front of the class and said what to humble,but also know the appropriate praise others.
When someone scores progress when you can say to him / her,"you did well in the exam." When someone compliments you,also be humble,don't gloat,so appropriate offered words of praise,will make the relationship more harmonious.
This year our school friend Xie Weiling also taught me how to contact,her face always with a smile,and when people talk is no exception,she would look at me when I say the wrong thing,makes me feel very warm,when I do a good deed,her smile seemed to tell me,you are awesome,so in contact,smile is indispensable.
