Free time is priceless or much cheaper. It's well-known that Bill Gates is the richest man in the world, but he has no time to pick up 100 dollors on the road. So ridiculous? of course not. He just didn't want to waste his valuable time. On the other hand, those who prefer to kill time on television or PC games are considered irresponsible and worthless. So, how to let us spend free time more meaningful? The first, you should have a plan, summarize how long and how often your free time is, and then, according to the report decide which program is more suitable for that time. At last, do it following the plan. As for program, you could make a choice by yourself, such as reading book, learning new skill, exercise or just meditation those are recommended.
