Does it right to change the upper sentence into"He was told to

has just killed that child"?

be told to have done被告知已经做过某事
和be told that可以互换，前提是主句和从句的主语必须一致，主语不一致就不能这样换了，例如
He was told that marry had killed the child.
这个句子就不能那么换了
