A boat came into a small Mexican fishing village A tourist spoke highly of the fishmen on the quality of their fish and asked how long it took them to catch. fish "Not very long"they answerd.
"Why didn't you stay out longer and catch more?"
The fishmen said taht their small catches were enough to meet their needs and those of their families.
"But what do you do with the rest og your time?"
"We sleep late,fish a while and play with our children.In the evening wo go into the village to see our friends.And sing songs.We have full life."
The tourist said,"i have some good ways and i nan help you. You should start to fish longer every day. Then you can buy a bigger boat". " and after that?" "You can make more more money. then leave this little billage and move to a big city! Maybe you will be very rich."
"Really? And after that ?" asked the fishermen.
"After that you' ll be able to retire. live in a small village near the sea, sleep late, catch a few fish, play with your children and spend your evenings with your friends."
"Sir,but that's what we are doing now".said the Mexicans.
