1：甲方对模具图纸审核确认后,乙方方可开模;乙方完成模具后应进行送样,甲方对样品、部品进行确认，出具审核报告后，乙方方可进行批量生产．
2：乙方不得使用甲方所属模具为第三方制造物料，且未经甲方允许, 乙方不得将模具转发给第三方生产否则乙方应依该模具价值叁倍赔偿予甲方．
3：有关模具之性能，图纸及其它属于机密性技术资料，乙方不得泄露于任何第三方，若因乙方违约，乙方对甲方因此造成的一切经济损失负全责．
4：甲方可以随时对模具的状况进行调查，乙方应提供相应的配合．
八：甲方需从乙方移模时，乙方还需将模具图纸，部品图纸，及其它相关文件一起交付甲方．

1. Part B can start to make mould after Part A confirm the drawing of mould. Part B sends samples to Part A after finishing making mould. Part A confirms the samples and parts. Part B can only start mass production after receiving auditing report from Part A.
2. Part B is not allowed to produce material for third party with Part A’s mould, and without permission, Part B is not allowed to let third party produce with the mould, or else, Part B should pay the Part A three times value of the mould’s price.
3. Regarding the performance of mould, drawing and other confidential technological information, Part B should not reveal them to any third party. If Part B fell back, Part B should be in full charge about all economic loss.
4. Part A may investigate the condition of mould at any time, and Part B should supply related help
5. When Part B give the mould back to Part A, Part B should delivery the drawing of mould, the drawing of parts, as well as other related documents.
