The project title is a report on women’s coat export project. The company (supposed the seller in this project) has made a detailed investigation to the market, in order to occupy and develop the market-share from the market vacancy, and obtain the profit.

In the contract both sides ,the seller and the buyer are the Dongguan Shengqilu Fashion Dress Co., Ltd. and Tithes Marketing (S) Pte Ltd

The purpose is to master the whole procedure of exporter goods to foreign country in details.
The procedure is the seller is a company in china, named Dongguan Shengqilu Fashion Dress Co., Ltd .First, the seller get the information from the internet that a company named Tithes Marketing (S) Pte Ltd wants to buy goods. Secondly, the exporter did some market research and established the business relations. Thirdly, the sellers do business negotiation and sign the contract in the end. Fourthly, the buyer asks 500 pieces of women’s coats for export, Fifthly, the report needs some documents.Last, the parties are the letter of complain from the importer and the Letter of Settlement from the exporter.
The result is Dongguan Shengqilu Fashion Dress Co., Ltd exported 500pieces of women’s coat to Singapore
