但是没有demand/hope/suggest sb to do sth的结构，所以也就没有be demanded/hoped/suggested to do sth的结构。

2. D
英语表达“电视/报纸/通知/布告牌等上面说....”都用say/read，而且不用被动语态，排除AB；
如果选C，则变成he read...了，也不符合英语表达习惯。

3. B
full的最高级是fullest，排除D；
速度speed用high/low修饰，而不用quick/fast/slow修饰，排除C；
按照常识，“兵乓球的瞬间速度”是最快的，所以正确答案应该是B。

4. D
the one指the building (in the city)，它和repair之间明显是被动关系，所以排除表主动关系的C；

1，D选项表示建议、暗示，在没有上下文的情况下应该是该去的房间，当选项从语法上来说都符合时，你可根据你第一感觉来选就是了，切勿钻牛角尖。concerning： prep. 关于；就…而言 | v. 涉及；使关心 concerned adj. 有关的；关心的，v. 关心（concern的过去时和过去分词）；与…有关。which he made和congcerned the football match都可以修饰The speech，但把两者放在一起而无连接两者的词就不行了。如果把which he made删去，那用 concerned还是用concerning都可以了，且看下面两个句子：The speech （ concerning the football match） bored a lot of fans to death. 。The speech （ concerned the football match） bored a lot of fans to death.。答案还是concerning，
