Everyone wants to keep fit. Here is a list of many helpful tips and strategies to keep fit and healthy.
1. Sort out your diet. It is one of the most important components of a fit lifestyle. Many people ignore it, but if you exercise and eat lots of junk food you will not get any fitter. You should have a balanced diet. Eat salads, vegetables, fruit and lots of chicken, which are high in protein.
2. Exercise. It is a very important part of a healthy lifestyle. Exercise keeps your blood flowing which keeps your heart beating.
3. Drink a lot of water. The human body is made of over 80% water, and you need to keep replenishing it. You should drink at least 1 litre of water a day.
