又发现一个bug!整合ssh(struts2+spring2.5+hibernate3.2) redeploy 项目时异常

To prevent a memory leak, the timer (and hence the associated thread) has been forcibly cancelled. 一个web应用程序注册的JBDC驱动程序,但Web应用程序时停止时未能注销。为了防止内存泄漏，JDBC驱动程序已被强行注册。 知道是知道了原因了,有没办法解决啊 .不能让我运行下项目就关闭服务,在开服务吧,天啊 ,就光等它开服务就等半天,,还怎么开发啊  !!!
