Calculates fuel consumption, and greenhouse gas emissions for each of the alignments.
The dialog box allows the user to set the daily vehicle flow, mean speed and the composition of the traffic in terms of vehicle and fuel type. The model then returns the fuel consumed and the CO2 emitted on either a daily or annual basis.
