这份工作的内容都是非常基础的行政事务,比如收发传真,处理客户投诉、购买办公用品、出差单据的审核与报销等等。
第二份工作是在深圳市长升工业设备有限公司任职人事行政专员。主要负责公司的日常招聘工作,协助经理进行制度的执行与维护,员工的入职、转正、升迁、离职等的手续办理、档案维护及更新,担任公司社保、公积金、招调工的专办员、负责公司各类证件的年检及员工签证居住证等的办理,负责与各办事处的联络工作,以及除此之外的一些其他日常行政事务,和经理交代的一些其他事情。
从09年到11年,三年的人事行政经验让我能熟练运动office办公软件各种功能进行高效的办公室日常工作,通过CET6,拥有良好的英文听说读写能力,对人事行政的各个模块有了一定的了解,有丰富的处理行政人事的工作经验。我相信以我的经验和能力,一定能很好地胜任贵公司的人事行政专员的职位。谢谢。
