I know that you love the pet, so you want to raise a pet dog. But I think you should follow your mother's advice. Your mother doesn't agree that you have a pet dog because she thinks that it's dirty. I think she is right. In fact, the pet dog is really dirty. You maybe can't see the dirty on it, but it has thousands of germs (细菌) in its body. So you'd better not raise the pet dog. If you like it, you can buy some VCDs or books about it.
