中文摘要：什么才是评价一个城市的恰当标准？GDP、人均可支配收入、基础设施建设水平、环境质量还是引资水平？在进入21世纪的中国，在大力倡导科学发展观的今天，我们每天居住的地方到底应当发展成怎样的现代城市？是被不断涌入的人群弄得东歪西倒，还是让原来的良田千顷演化为企业千座？高楼大厦林立难道就是我们很多人所憧憬的城市化美景？如果真的要认真的评价一个城市的发展程度，但从我们的眼睛所看到的东西是不够的，而且一个城市跟另一个城市的比较并不能只是从经济的发展角度去观察，而是要通过方方面面的数据和消息去认识每个城市所具备的优势和劣势，这也是我篇论文所要说明的东西。

Chinese abstract: What is the appropriate standard to evaluate a city ? It is GDP, average disposable income, the level of infrastructure construction, the environment quality or the degree of attracting the foreign investment? When China entering into the 21st century and while we vigorously advocating a scientific view of development nowadays, what kind of a modern city will the place we live in everyday develop into? Will it become into a place where we get staggering by the people crushed in endlessly or become into a place with numerous enterprises from a large piece of fertile farmland? Can you say that the high buildings and great mansions is the urbanized beautiful scene dreamed by many people like us? It's far more insufficient to evaluate the developing degree of a city only by what we see with our eyes. And the comparation between two cities could not be made only in the view of the economic development.However, we should get to know the advantages and disadvantages of a city based on each aspects in terms of the data and information. And this is just I want to discribe in this thesis.
