Abstract]Just as Chinese saying goes,market economy is competitive economy. Then,what does enterprise compete for? What does competitor depend on to compete with each other? Although there are many factors,brain,without question,is a main factor.At present, there is universal issue in the enterprise: needed brain can not be taken in and key brain can not be keeped.Therefore,brain drain,especially,excellent and key brain drain has become more nad more oustanding.This situation obviously can not be adapted to more competitive environment the enterprise are facing.How to resolve the problem of brain drain? How to keep key brain in enterprise? Those iusses have become a vital factor for the existing and development of enterprise.This essay introduces corresponding comments as for reason of brain drain and reducing brain drain effectively.
