摘 要

随着我国经济的发展，企业会计的作用越来越重要，企业内部会计监督对企业的经济运行，保障企业所有者经济效益最大化方面的作用也愈加突现出来了。加强和改善企业内部会计监督，保障企业会计核算的真实性、完整性，对于提高企业会计信息质量，提高企业经济运行质量，进而提高企业的经济效益，有着十分重要的意义。在经济得以发展的同时，会计监管体制得以初步建立，也就是随着市场经济发展，我国会计监督出现了很多缺陷，如监管不力，效率不高等许多新问题。为保证会计信息质量，本文从企业、单位会计监督职能的重要性和现代企业会计监督所面临的问题入手，针对目前企业中会计监督职能存在的问题进行了探索，并运用经济学、会计学、管理学的基本原理，紧密结合我国企业目前的实际情况，就如何完善我国国有企业的会计监管体系问题进行了探讨，希望对完善我国会计监督，提高会计信息质量有所裨益。

As the market economy goes on, however, new problems such as supervision failure or inefficiency appears in such system. In terms of a well published quality of accounting information, this article explores existing problems in current business accounting supervision with basic principles in economics, accounting and business managment while pay close attention to practical situation of Chinese current business industry, and discusses the way to ameliorate the accounting supervision system in state-owned business for the purpose of a better national accounting suspervision and accounting information.
