Should Famous Colleges Open To the PublicCollege is the place for students to study the special knowlages,social knowlages and improve one's abilities in all respects. From this opinion, every college should open to the public.Everyone has his right to study by any social resources as long as he is aqualified for it. So a unit standard could be elemented for select the student in the public. That is fair to have the unit test (or other form). But that just open to the definitive people could not give everybody a equable right to enjoy the social resources. Also, there's so many talents out of the definitive people who will and can devote to the college,society even human being.They sould not be refused from all the famous colleges. That's my idea, all the colleges including famous ones should open to the public. That will help the society and human being develop.
