When eleven o' clock came and he still hadn't arrived, I began to wonder if he had had an accident. 这句话为什么是对的？
I really miss the time___we spent together in middle school.这句话中的空格为什么不能填“when”？
The accident was happened when I was trying to find a place to park.这句话错在哪里？
My brother has joined the Youth League for years.这句话哪里错了？

第一句，你是想问，if he had had an accident为什么是对的吗？第一个had,是过去完成时的助动词，第二个had是动词，表示的意思“有”。过去完成式一般形式中had done中的done 在这个句子中是第二个had.
第二个句子，答案为 that ,which或不填。we spent together in middle school中，spent 缺少宾语，句子不完整。所以必须用关系代词that 或which.如果要用关系副词when 的话。后面的句子一定要完整，就是不缺主语，宾语，等。

第三句，应该是The accident happened。happen 不能用被动。

第四句。由于后面有一段时间for years ，join不是延续动词。所以不对。
