strategy. A successful organization's is one which understands and can anticipate and take advtantage of changes within its environment.
An organization's operating environment can be analyzed by looking an external forces and internal forces .things that happen in the external environment are largely outside the firm's control and so are referred to as uncontrollables .The internal environment ought to be more easily controlled and so occurrences within it are often referred to as controllables.
