when we are relax in the spare time,some of us are go to play computer games to have fun.some others are to go shopping.but i think to have a valuable spare time is very important.not only can help us relax,but also can help us learn more knowledge beside the class.for example,we can play sports,as football,basketball,or swimming.they can enhance our physique.we also can read books in the library.it canextensive our knowledge.we also can do something that we have not do at usual.

How to using our free time is very important for us .Different people have different ideas about using their free time . Some people spend too much time in playing computer games ,which not only affect their study or life ,but it also does harm to their health. Some people spend too much time in watching TV or surfing the Internet ,which is also bad for our eyes .So I think we should make better use of our free time .First we can take part in some activities to learn something useful. Second we can do some volunteer work to help those who are in need of help. Third we should spent more time on our study or work.Finally we can spent some time reading some famous novels, which can broaden our view.
