'"+m_subjectid+"'是什么意思？

把连接字符串连接起来 ，假设你ID是：ID001,那么就相当于就是  'ID00'

也可以这么写：

sqlStr_findid.Format("SELECT * FROM tb_subject WHERE tb_subject.code ='%s'",m_subjectid);
