1.因为首先句意是It will be a long time, 可以判定句子是一个一般将来时的句子，可以理解为 Peter完成这个工作的a long time都是在将来发生的，那么完成这个工作的时候就更应该是一般将来时，只有答案C是说将要完成的。而如果选择D，则没有将来的含义了。

2.记着
永远只有there are going to be 绝对没有there are going to have 后者绝对是错的
因为there be表示存在有，there be have没有这中形式
还有there are going to be前面的be动词单复数 随着后面的宾语变，后面的going to be永远是不变的
例：
there is going to be a football match tonight.
there are going to be two football matches tonight.
