Anne is my best friend, but recently she is very worried. Last time she told me that she was gaining weight rapidly, so that she asked me about some advices for losing weight. Actually, I think that the most effective way to lose weight is doing exercise and controlling calorie intake. If she can balance these two, she will be thiner again
