当他问“你英语过了6级，为什么口语一般呢”以及“在大学期间，都怎么学习英语的”，我该怎么用英语回答这个问题

你可以告诉他，虽然英语过了六级但是学校还是只要以应试教育为主，不注重口语方面的锻炼。周围口语环境也一般。不能够得到很好的练习。
在大学期间主要以听读写为主，说为辅。经常看一些英语方面的杂志，报纸书籍。学校虽然开办英语角，但是能够得到练习的机会不是很多，所在城市的老外也比较少（根据你所在城市而定，灵活使用这一点）因此口语机会不是很多。
完了在和考官表个态，表示自己有扎实的功底，对提高口语水平有很大信心。另外要注意一点，不要过分强调客观因素，可以说一说主观方面的原因，但是不要说的太多，言多必失呀。哈哈，祝你好运！

First of all, since CET 6 does not include oral English, having passed CET 6 does not neccessarily imply good speaking English.
Well, during my undergraduate study, I took several English courses. In addition, I have also learned a lot through watch English movies and communicating with foreigners in English.
