随着我国商务和旅游市场的日渐成熟，经济型连锁酒店已在一线城市迅速崛起。他们适应了国内旅游的需要，其发展将会给整个酒店业带来新的机会。国内外实验证明，经济型酒店比较适合连锁经营。经济型酒店规模小，财力有限。发展连锁，可以使酒店品牌，客源，管理质量得到保证，但又无需支付太多的费用。如速8，锦江之星，如家都采用此种经营方式。但目前经济型酒店在我国尚处于初始阶段，还没有形成一个统一的认识，市场还没有完全打开，其规模和规范程度都处于无序状态。因此，思考经济型连锁酒店目前存在的问题和下一步发展，探讨经济型酒店的营销模式具有重大的现实意义和理论意义。本文以速8酒店为例来分析经济型酒店的市场营销模式，倡导可持续发展，通过注重品牌建设，追求个性化发展等手段，引导我国经济型连锁酒店的快速健康发展。

AS China's business and tourism market to mature, Budget hotel chains has set up a file in the first city rapidly. They adapt to the need of domestic tourism, and its development will bring new opportunities for the hotel industry. The experiment proved that economy hotel is suitable for chain operation at home and abroad. The small scale of the economy hotel, financial resources are limited. Development chain, can make the hotel brand, tourists, management quality guaranteed, but need not pay too much of the cost. Such as super 8, jinjiang star, everyone which used the mode of business operation 。But the economy hotel in China is still in the initial stage, has not formed a unity of understanding, the market is still not fully open, the scale and standard degree are in disorder. Therefore, thinking budget hotel chains the existing problems and the further development, this paper discusses the economy hotel marketing model has great realistic meaning and theoretical significance. This paper to super 8 hotel as an example to analyze the economic hotel marketing mode, advocate the sustainable development, through the pay attention to brand construction, the pursuit of individual development, and other means to lead our country budget hotel chains develop quickly.
