您好，第一句就是if虚拟语气的运用，if在这里是对过去的虚拟，
从句：if+主语+had+done；主句：主语+would、might、could have done
不管是不是倒装句的转化，这个框架是不会变的；
那么，例子中的if从句的结构应该是： if they had found。。。。；
转化成倒装就是，had they found ，也就是说，两个答案：
if they had found。。。和 had they found 。。。都是对的

第二题：当对于“只闻其声、不见其人”“只见其背不见其面”的那些说话者或者被表述者都是用it is的结构，这个一个固定用法，敲门就是很好的一个例子；

1、在虚拟语气中，if条件句里面含有were、had、should等词的时候，可以省略if构成倒装。
2、it is me是合乎语法的，I的宾格me作表语。当然更多情况下人们会说it's me.
