各位英语口语高手,能否帮我解答下问题?

1.For some of us, we roll that deamy film in our heads just because i's the beginning of a New Year, but we are serious about making changes.

这里的roll that deamy film in our heas 是什么意思?

2.We just make some half hard resolution and it evaporates after a week or two.

这里的 half hard 若按字面意思就是一半难的解决方案,会不会很拗口?怎么样翻,中文更口语化啊?

3.有个人要节食,一天晚上吃了片饼干,she checked the bag and found out she have just shot 132 calories.

请问shot这里怎么翻? 为什么用shot?

4.接下来她说:" what the hell. I'll polish off the whole bag."

这里的polish off 字典里是"草草做完, 打败".怎么翻都不像啊.请问为什么用polish?

电影在我们脑海不不断浮现，挥之不去，
roll滚动，翻转之意

We just make some half hard resolution and it evaporates after a week or two.
我们的决心毫不坚决，一星期后蒸发殆尽了。
half hard 不坚定，不坚决

she checked the bag and found out she have just shot 132 calories.
这里的shoot的消耗卡路里之意吧！吧卡路里发射出去，比较传神

what the hell. I'll polish off the whole bag
怎么回事，看来我要把整个袋子磨光了。
polish off这里不是连用的吧！
polish 擦亮, 发亮, 磨光, 推敲
off有空，用尽的意思。

我对楼下的答案做一个补充：
1、shoot:我觉得翻译成“摄入”比较好，但是好像英汉词典查不到这个意思；
2、Polish off 在这里就是一个词组：吃完、干掉（另有击倒、除掉之意）的意思；
3、hard-hearted——你应该是记错了，原文是half-hearted：三心二意。
