Sorrying for replying you the message so late, you have asked for my opinion toward your businees plan, i have some ideas, and i hope it would help you.
I would recommend you to make a oral after school classes, because you would attract more consumers. Because on my school, there are lot of students who is looking forward for the lesson which would improve their speaking skill. If you agreed on my suggestions, here are some of the advices.
First factor that you should consider is location. i know there is a building out of the sale which is just 500meters away from our school, and it looks great from outside, i think it is a great option.
Second factor that you should consider is which group of people are you going to provide the service for? Apart from the students from our school, i think you should also take an attension on the teachers, for example our math teacher:P
lastly, you should also consider how will the price be set. I would recommend you make a promotional advertisement when you start, so hopefully, more consumers would come and more people would get to know your business.
