确定没有打错吗？应该是did you notice吧。这个是询问在他进来的时候你有没有注意，是发生在说话这一刻之前的事，所以只用一般过去式就好了

get used to doing sth.是固定搭配。习惯于做某事..

have been invented 为什么不是be invented?
这是现在完成时的被动态，陈述的是以前发生的事情对于现在的影响（影响是电话已经被发明了）。你说的只有是被动态，没有完成时。

4.You Don't Know Where Your Interest Lies
lie是不及物动词，为什么不加to或in等连词和介词,
这句话里lie后面的宾语是where，where是副词，你没听说过in where吧？所以 in 被省略

什么句型中where能和in which替换
在定语从句中可以替换，例如：
（1）In my laboratory there is a blue cabinet where old equipment is stored.
=In my laboratory there is a blue cabinet in which old equipment is stored.
（2）It was a time when the old were revered as sages.
=It was a time in which the old were revered as sages.

不及物动词后可以直接接副词？
where为什么是副词？副词不是用来修饰动词的吗，像quickly一类的，where怎么修饰了lie

这三个都是地点副词，与quickly这样的不一样。
in/on where/there/home 这种形式是一定不会出现的

第三个got是link verb，相当于be, be used to doing 是习惯于。。。。而be used to do 是过去常常
第四个不好意思，我没看太明白，大概是where代替的是on which在状语从句中where 可以和on/in which 替换
