One of the main responsibilities of this Office is to realize assets of bankruptcy and liquidation estate. From time to time, there is a need for auction services to assist the Official Receiver acting as trustee or liquidator to sell real and personal property and things in action for the highest possible price under the best terms.
If you wish to be placed on the roster for the period from 1 April 2012 to 31 March 2013, please sign and return the attached Memorandum of Intention by 16 March 2012 (Friday). Kindly note that the roster is subject to review from time to time.
For the avoidance of doubt, this letter is not an offer. This Office does not bind itself to any minimum number of invitations for offer.
