it is time that 后面怎么接？那么it was time that 又怎么接？
it is last time that 和it is the first time that 呢？

it is time that 后面怎么接？这个楼上的朋友回答的已经很到位了；
那么it was time that 又怎么接？我总感觉这个句式很别扭，没怎么看见过，一般
it is time that 是对现在情况的一个虚拟，不会对过去情况的虚拟；
it is last time that 和it is the first time that 呢？
答：这两个都是强调句，上面的是it的形式主语用法，这两个不一样，
last time 和the first time 都是时间状语，判断后面要加什么，根据last time 和the first time 后面加什么就可以了；
last time 与一般过去时态连用，所以it is last time that +（句子）句子的时态为一般过去时态
t is the first time that +句子，句子的时态是现在完成时态，
如：it is the first time that I have been to the USA。，这是我第一次到美国去。
如果是it was the first time +that 的话是，句子的时态应该是过去完成时态。

It is (high) time you should go to bed / you went to bed.
没有was的形式
