This article is based on the analysis of the Chinese enterprises' implementation of going-out strategy under the current situation and problems , according to the rapid growth of foreign trade by China's high-tech products from the aspects of high and new technology, trading structure with various high concentration, and strategy of revitalizing trade through science and technology though trade competitives before improving.
